The house was apparently illegally converted into 3 apartments at one time as evidence by the three electrical meters. The good news is that the house was not divided up into three separate living quarters.
The soffits and eaves have been replaced along with the roof fairly recently. No gutters have been installed and there is a lack of proper drainage around the house.
The back part of the property has an excellent view of the river and historic downtown area. The trees will need to be pruned back to open up the view.
